Your Self-Worth – it always comes back to that, but why?

images27Even though it’s natural for us to have unlimited prosperity and abundance in all areas of our lives, most of us have a tendency to repel success, right before we receive it.

Plain and simple, old habits die hard. Now, it’s time to unwire those corrupted messages that keep us limited in an infinite universe of possibility.

Neurons that Fire Together Wire Together

Most of us were fed information at a young age from our elders, the media and society, that it’s ‘selfish’ to feel deserving of abundance and success. All these beliefs translate into patterns that feed into our nervous system and there you have it, habits that don’t support our birthright of abundance!

Many of us are more comfortable giving than receiving, but why? You guessed it! It’s our level of self-worth and deservingness. We’ll give the last scoop of desert to our kids, run a hot bath for our husband, and stay up half the night doing office work for that presentation. How do we break out of this pattern?

We Live in an Abundant Universe

In that old imbalanced mindset, we viewed abundance from a scarcity mindset, believing for some crazy reason that if we’re prosperous, someone else will suffer.

Once those imbalanced beliefs are embedded into our subconscious mind…even though we may consciously KNOW that they’re false, we’re still running these old self-talk seminars, like a computer that won’t upgrade, even though it’s time to ‘get with the program’.

Get Fit. Get Focused. Get Abundant!

Whether it’s a gym buddy, a nutrition coach or a pact with a best friend, it often takes a mentor, witness or motivator to help us bust through beliefs, to ‘call us’ on our stuff for our own best good.

Once we commit to the process though, our old habits are on full alert for getting busted. They might try even harder then, but eventually, the new intention and habits will over-ride the old lack program.

That’s where the vast majority of your beliefs, thought patterns and habits are rooted. And that’s exactly what we want to extract. We want to remove EVERYTHING that interferes with you being the best version of YOU!

It’s a simple concept, but it takes practice and a great deal of focused intention to let go of what is not serving the greater good in your life. So why put all this effort in, in the first place?

If you want to really empower yourself, there’s no other choice than to reprogram your old thoughts. Otherwise, you are your own captive in a place you probably want to either run from, or redecorate at best!
