Who wants to release some excess weight in the next 21 days?

I want to invite you to take the time – about 5 minutes – each morning and evening to do temporal tapping for weight release and a healthy body. (Of course you can continue using them long after the 21 days are over).

If you’re not familiar with the Temporal Tap , it’s easy! Just tap along a path on your head beginning at your temple, up around the ear to the center of the back of your ear (follow the chart) while repeating the weight release statement.

It’s best to tap along the path three times while repeating your statement three times. IT is suggested when making change like improving health and releasing excess you can use Temporal tapping often as you like through the day, 30 minutes apart.
