Do you have a BUCKET LIST for 2015?
A “bucket list” is supposed to be a list of everything you want to do and achieve before you “kick the bucket.”
Making one will give you a sense of direction, pride when you achieve each goal, adventures and challenges as you make an attempt on each one – and ultimately a great legacy.
Not making a bucket list, which is what most people do, (or rather don’t do), tends to make you live with a fingers crossed approach…
The word “if” will enter your vocabulary a great deal more than “when” and “how.” You’re attempting to thrive on hope, which is wishy-washy wishing!
Do This Quick Exercise:
Take the main areas of your life in turn: your health, your family, your finances. Then add in your hobbies, dreams and ambitions.
Score yourself out of ten for how well you feel you’re doing on each one.
The closer to zero you are on any area, the nearer the top of your bucket list doing something about that needs to go!
Your first thought is likely to be that you can’t see a way to clear to changing it, but here’s where the bucket list does its work…
Ask yourself what is the least change you could make to nudge that score towards ten?
Then, when you’ve got it, you can cross that off and add the next step – which is quite likely to reveal itself.
Your bucket list, you see, is a living thing. Just as you are.

As of today, My Top 3 Bucket List Items are:
1) To amp up my vibration and health with high vibrational cold press juices. I want to own a really good cold press juicer and start making and drinking cold press organic fresh juices daily. I want to create some awesome juice recipes for daily maintain and for cleansing, which I will sell to others and make available for cleansing retreats in Mexico. (As I write this I have ordered the Norwood 280 Juicer and it is sitting in customs in Cancun)
2) To travel to Rome and Sicily with my spouse and get lost in the romance of the cities and culture! (going in August)
3) To share FIT and help as many individuals as I possibly can in my Life Coaching business (an ongoing mission & desire)
