5 Tips To Help Live Your Best Year

Are you in an abundance (in the fullness of who you are) or on empty (not in alignment with who you are)?

Your emotions are the key to showing and telling you where you are at on the momentum scale of attracting your best life ever.

Things you don’t want don’t have to happen –there don’t have to be any surprises in your life –if you stay in touch with your emotional guidance.

When we think a thought that is not in our best interest for a split second we feel the tinge of emotion that lets us know that that thought carried resistance. Most people are so used to brushing away this vital information and moving on with other thoughts that they don’t take notice. Over a period of time, we get so used to feeling negative emotion and brushing it away that it becomes habit to suppress negative emotion  – creating a disconnect with our natural guidance system.  It’s never too late to mending the disconnect. Soon as you make the decision that you want to start paying attention to your emotional guidance  –  you will. If you continue to put forth your intention to listen to your emotional guidance system.

 

5 Tips to stay in touch with your Emotional Guidance System to attract your best year ever:

These steps are best done in the morning because after we sleep our body naturally returns to a high vibrational state and thinking about things you appreciate and that make you happy is easy and effortless to do at this time of the day.

Step 1.    Start your day with 5 to 15 minutes of me time to preprogram your  emotional system for the day.
Step 2.    Preplan this block of time for right after you wake-up, this is the best time because after sleep we are in a neural state and it is easier to make changes.
Step 3.    For 2 minutes after you wake up in the morning think about things you appreciate and that make you happy.   Appreciation and happiness vibrate at a much higher frequency than almost any other emotion. When you’re in a state of appreciation, you cannot also be in a state of depression, anger or despair.
Step 4.  Place your hand on heart center and notice how your body feels from the top of your head to the tips of toes.
Step 5.  Write out your feel good list and keep this list close to you throughout the day to help keep you in tuned to your guidance system.
And remember everyday is a new start, you can  live your best year ever.
