One of the key steps to successfully using the Law of Attraction to deliberately creating the best year ever in 2016, is learning how to RAISE YOUR VIBRATION.
But what exactly do we mean by “vibration” and how do we go about raising it?
It starts with everything in the universe (including each and every one of us), being made of energy.
The YOU, who you really are if you let go of all negative and limiting beliefs, the part of you who is non-physical, is pure energy, vibrating at a very high frequency. Negative thinking and limiting beliefs that you pick up along the way, lower your vibration further. The lower your vibration goes, the less energy you have, the less creative and joyful you are, and the worse you feel both physically and emotionally. Essentially, the lower your vibration is, the further away you are from the fullness of who you are and the live you desire.
Raising your vibration moves you closer to the fullness of who you really are and one of the most important steps to mastering the Law of Attraction is to learn how to raise your vibration.
When you’re able to let go of any negative feelings and/or limiting beliefs that prevent you from being the joyful and loving person that you were born as, then you vibrate at a very high energetic frequency.
When this happens, you might feel a shift in your feelings, thoughts and even your physical body. You experience more peace, a deeper connection with yourself and everything around you; you feel more aware and therefore, you get a deeper sense of appreciation and understanding. In other words, you feel happier, healthier and joyful.
But here’s the thing: You don’t actually have to raise your vibration. All you have to do is stop holding it down.
You see, YOU, that pure, positive energy YOU, is still a part of you, the physical you, and is always pulling you upwards. Your natural vibration is at a very high frequency, and because of this constant pulling, if you just stop holding the vibration down with negative limiting beliefs and thoughts, it will rise all by itself. All you have to do is get out of the way.
But how?
Follow these 4 simple masterful steps to help you do it, starting today:
1. Start your morning thinking about things you appreciate and that make you happy. Appreciation and happiness vibrate at a much higher frequency than almost any other emotion. When you’re in a state of appreciation, you cannot also be in a state of depression, anger or despair.
For just a minute after you wake up in the morning think about things you appreciate and that makes you happy. This exercise is best done in the morning because after we sleep our body naturally returns to a high vibrational state and thinking about things you appreciate and that make you happy is easy and effortless to do at this time of the day.
2. Visualization. When you visualize you stop thinking, including limiting and negative thoughts. This allows your vibration to rise. While your vibration will not be permanently reset to the new higher vibration achieved in the meditative state, it will also not return completely too where it was when you started. Just 10 minutes a day will gradually change your vibrational set point to a higher and higher frequency.
3. Breathe. Breathing deeply and slowly will raise your vibration. You can do this anywhere and anytime you need a bit of relief.
4. Take a power nap. When you sleep, you naturally return to a high vibrational state. Your body and mind get some relief from all the heavy vibrations you’re carrying around. Taking even a short nap, will help you to reset your vibration. You’ll generally wake up feeling better than you did when you lay down.
Try to incorporate these steps into your day. Start slowly. If you miss a day of visualization, for example, don’t beat up on yourself (this would lower your vibration).
Do the best you can, and allow whichever methods make you feel energized and in alignment with your inner brilliance.
How do you know if you’re doing it right? You’ll feel better, more relaxed, and things won’t bother you as much. And you naturally start attracting the things you desire to live your best year ever.
Remember that transformation is a gradual process, so don’t be too hard on yourself if you notice you slip back to old negative patterns. What’s most important is that you’re now aware of them and you can choose to get back on track anytime.
