Did you know that self- imposed limiting beliefs are the major cause of what STOPS YOU from taking action NOW.  Start eliminating a belief a day with the 10-minute miracle.  Great time management tool.

You can declutter the mind, heart, and gut in only 10 minutes a day.

The FIT 10-Minute Miracle 

1. Make a firm commitment to yourself to work on self- imposed beliefs for 10 MINUTES EACH DAY. You can take weekends off if you want to.

3. Now focus on what one thing that is stopping you from being there already, your first imposed belief – just one thing!

3. Set a timer and work on that belief with the FIT System – and only that belief – without distraction for 10 minutes.

4. Mark on your calendar or a check-off form that you completed your 10 minutes that day.

5. Repeat each day by focusing on one self- imposed belief until your intention is manifested.

6. Once your first desire is reached, pick another desire and apply your ten minutes a day to that intention until it’s complete.

7. Repeat until your mind, heart, and gut clutter are all where you want to BE!

One of my students likes to get her 10 minutes in before breakfast – she gets it done, AND she starts her day off with an easy success. Which feels great!
